• IDX Broker (Home Search): When you search for existing homes for sale, you are directed to listings powered by IDX Broker, which operates under its own privacy policy.
• New Home Buddy (New Construction): When you use the New Construction search, you are directed to a branded portal operated by New Home Buddy, which operates under its own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare (Hosting): The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may set essential security cookies required to deliver the Site safely.

We may also share your contact information with our brokerage (Popby Realty), lenders or service providers you specifically request an introduction to, or as required by law.

Cookies

A "cookie" is a small piece of data stored by your browser. Our Site uses a minimal set of cookies:

• Essential cookies set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to protect the Site from abuse and maintain session integrity.
